\nBEAN CAN CHICKEN \n\nBEAN CAN CHICKEN\nForget that same ol', same ol', Beer Can Chicken. Stick a can of Baked Beans up that Chicken's Butt and save the beer for the Pitmaster.\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\nFOR BEANS CAN\n\n\tMolasses -- 2 Tablespoon (or to taste)\n\tDry mustard -- 1 Tablespoon (or to taste)\n\tSpice rub -- 1 Tablespoon (or to taste)\n\tChopped onion -- 2 Tablespoon (or to taste)\n\tSmoked bacon slices -- 2 (or to taste)\n\tPickled jalapeno peppers slices -- 2 (or to taste)\n\tBeer -- 4 Ounce (or to taste)\n\tCanned baked beans -- 2 Pound (2- 1 pound can)\n\nFOR CHICKEN\n\n\tFryer chicken -- 8 Pound\n\tOlive oil -- 2 Tablespoon (or to taste)\n\tSpice rub -- 2 Tablespoon (as needed of your choice)\n\tBbq sauce -- 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (or to taste)\n\nDIRECTIONS\nGETTING READY\n1. Remove the label and glue marks from the bean cans and set aside.\n2. Open the lid and drain off some liquid from the cans.\n3. Add dry mustard, molasses, spice rub, chopped onion, bacon pieces, beer, and pickled jalapeno slices into each can of beans.\n4. Place can on grill and preheat beans.\nMAKING\n5. Brush chicken with oil and season with spice rub.\n6. Move cans to the center of the grill and place chicken on top as shown in the video. Cover and cook at 350 degree F for 1 ½ hours or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degree F.\n7. In the last 45 minutes baste chicken with your favorite BBQ sauce.\nSERVING\n8. Remove chicken from can, carve and serve with beans.
