\n STEAK'N BACON HOT DOGS \n\nSTEAK 'N BACON HOT DOGS\nGive your family and friends a break and serve these easy to grill BBQ Pit Boys Roast Beef and Bacon wrapped Hot Dogs.\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\n\n\tRoast Beef – deli sliced pre-cooked\n\tBacon – 1 pound regular cut (pork belly style)\n\tHot Dogs – 8 in natural casings\n\tCheese – shredded favorite kind\n\tBuns – 8\n\tSPG – to taste\n\nDIRECTIONS:\nGETTING READY\n1. Bring grill temperature up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit with coals offset for indirect cooking.\n2. Apply SPG to roast beef.\n3. Wrap hot dog in roast beef. No more than ¼” thick, trim off excess.\n4. Wrap hot dog and roast beef with two pieces of bacon.\n5. Repeat process until all hot dogs are wrapped.\nMAKING\n1. Place opposite hot coals for indirect cooking.\n2.
